Its Amazing how time flies! to think it was a year ago since the last Summer Bash at The Blue Lias,
Our 2015 Bash was very similar to 2014 with 106 guests and Entertainment from
Mr Bob Hall “Central Sports & Sky Sports Presenter” who was our MC for the evening who also took care of all proceedings including our Raffle & then our Auction
We had so many Items for the Auction & here are a Few of them & who Kindly donated them;
Jaguar for a weekend, Guy Salmon Jaguar Coventry sold for £250
2 x Adults 4×4 driving experience at Land Rover’s Solihull Factory with a tour of the Production Track donated by Guy Salmon Land Rover Coventry
1 x Child’s & 2 x Adults Quad Bikes supplied at Cost from Jon & Mark at Funky Bikes in Coventry
Golf for 2 with Leicester Tigers & England Internationals Leon Lloyd & George Chuter at The Hearsall Golf Club in Coventry
A Professional Players Association “Signed RFU Canvas” from Towergate Insurance
2 x World Super Bike Tickets from Ducati Coventry / Penso
4 ball at Warwickshire Golf Club again from Towergate Insurance
1 x 11-17 yrs 4×4 Driving Experience donated by Guy Salmon Land Rover Coventry
Bob also run Our Heads & Tails Game which cost just £10 each to play with the eventual winner winning £300 cash, “Yes A Very Happy Chappy!”
Our Other Entertainers on the Night were;
Mr Thom Kirkpatrick “21st Century 1 Man Band” local Musician who never fails to deliver!
The Conjurers “illusionists Who certainly Wow’d the Tables as they went round during The Buffet”
Raymond & Mr Timpkins “Comedy Duo, Well What Can I Say! Truly Amazing Performers who had the Audience in Stiches, Some close to Peeing themselves!!!!!

What else is left for me to say Another Huge Thank You To You all who Bought Tickets, Donated Raffle & Auction Prizes, bought raffle Tickets & helped us generate £3423 on the night after all our outgoing costs have been paid for
Here is to Christmas 2015 when we can go & buy the local Sick Kiddies in Coventry & Warwickshire The Gifts they Wish to have Whilst having treatment in UHC&W & Zoe’s Place Baby Hospice
